I’m a physiotherapist with over 5 years of private practice experience, specialising in ACL rehabilitation. Having personally recovered from two ACL injuries, I understand both the physical and mental challenges of rehab as well as the possibility to return to sport without surgery. Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a video link. During your session, your physio will assess your injury, answer questions, and provide a structured plan for next steps.

An MRI isn’t required to book your consultation, but it is a very useful piece of information to help establish if a non-operative approach is an appropriate pathway. You can upload it securely after your booking or bring it to your first session.

In many cases, yes. Every injury is different, but with the right rehab strategy, many clients regain full function and return to sport without surgical intervention. This will be discussed in detail during your consultation.

How long is a piece of string?
Rehab and timelines will look different for everyone, based on previous lifting experience, access to equipment and consistency with exercise.
Rehab should not be rushed in the hope to get back to sport sooner, unfortunately this is the biggest contributor for re-injury.
Minimum return to sport timeframes post surgery is 9-12 months, however it’s likely that a conservative approach could be quicker

You can reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Due to the nature of digital services, we don’t offer refunds once the session has been completed.

Yes, we work with clients worldwide through our online consultation and digital rehab programs. Payments are handled securely through Stripe, which supports all major currencies.

It depends on the type of tear. Lateral meniscus radial tears and bucket handle tears are often not appropriate for conservative management and may require surgical intervention.

It depends on the severity and grade of the tear and which other ligaments are involved. Grade 1-2 medial and lateral collateral ligament (MCL and LCL) tears are often still appropriate for conservative management. However, injuries to the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) may require further intervention

If bracing doesn’t work your next course of management will be a collaborative decision-making process based on your function, stability and level of activity you want to return to.
You have one of two options;
Continue down the conservative route as some people are capable of functioning normally and even returning to sport without an ACL
You undergo surgery in the best possible state. A strong knee (after 3 months of exercise rehab) leads to better post surgical outcomes
